    I couldn’t believe when I heard that Marianne finally had come out with a CD guiding you through one of her famous Savasana… I took Marianne’s Yoga Teacher Training in 2008 and we would often comment how calm and peaceful her voice was and how it would send us all into a deep meditation. But it wasn’t only her voice… it was the ability she had to tell a story to help guide you deeper and deeper into your meditation. So of coarse when I heard she had a CD, I had to buy it. I love love it!!! I use it a few times a week and especially if my body is feeling stressed, tired or run down. As a yoga teacher you know the benefits you can receive from proper breathing and meditation. In fact I ordered one for my mom who has high blood pressure and suffers from panic attaches. She said that every time she feels her blood pressure rising she lays down and listens to the CD and she starts to calm down and feels a ton better after that. For some people meditation seems impossible. I have heard many people say ” I just can’t meditate, my brain just won’t stop thinking”… If you think you are one of those people that can’t meditate or if you enjoy mediation (like me) but would like to be on the receiving end, in the comfort of your own home then this CD is for you.   2. Wow is this a great meditation cd. Marianne’s calm voice, soothing music, and guided meditation allows me to quiet my mind, focus on my breath, and provides me with an experience like laying in a tub of warm water relaxing.

    This is a great listen at the end of the workday, before bedtime, or even a mid-day break in the headphones. Yoga instructors could use this as a tool to allow for Savasana – and move around providing adjustments and massage.

    I recommend this to anyone looking to meditate. You’ll love it!!

    I love this cd. I find it wonderful for use with yoga or anytime. The music, Marianne’s voice and words~ all very calming and meditative. It’s even helpful if you’re having trouble falling to sleep. I put this on and sleep like a baby :) ! I highly recommend this cd!

  4. Perfect for all beginning and more advanced yoga students! I was privileged to have Marianne as my yoga instructor, and am so thankful she has made a CD ~ I love listening to it at home, or on the road when I travel. In this CD, Marianne expertly guides the yoga student through the basics of correct yoga breathing, giving time after instruction for deep breathing and meditation or prayer to soft instrumental music. I love the way Marianne uses her voice and her words to help me center my mind and calm my spirit, allowing my body to find those quiet spaces which bring energy to my life. I highly recommend this CD to all who practice yoga, and am hopeful that Marianne will make many more CDs in the future!

  5. I listen to Mariannes CD on my way to work every morning and it helps put the day into perspective. If it was a stressfull day at work….the CD goes back on for my drive home. Her calm voice and guidance lets me remember that this is “MY LIFE” and each day is a gift. It helps keep me centered and grounded. Thanks for being there for me everyday Marianne!
